Investigation of Some Biochemistry Markers in COVID-19 Vaccinated Iraqi Individuals

Background: Serious intense respiratory disorder Covid-19 is a causing infection known as Corona virus. This novel corona virus transmits from one human to another and has caused significant mortality overall prompting the continuous pandemic. Also, illness seriousness varies extensively person another. Subjects: fifty individuals (n = 50) with age ranged (20-65 years) were enrolled in this study. Laboratory parameters performed of baseline 14 days after first dose second covid-19 vaccination. Results: All people study received Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine none systematic side effects observed vaccinated subjects during period. Conclusions: From results present study, conclusions could be that all non-significant not presence abnormal biochemical signs or increase coagulation changes basic body functions following Pfizer vaccine.
